Thoughts are Things.

Thoughts are things. We are always moving towards our current dominant thought, whether we know it or not. Is your dominant thought something you really want? Let’s make sure.

When you’re snowboarding, what do you think about? Staying relaxed or about falling over? If you always say to yourself, “Don’t fall over and hurt yourself” all your subconscious hears is “fall over and hurt yourself”. It might not work 100% of the time, but it’s better to say “stay relaxed”. It’s a lot like the power of questions in the post before.

Ah, the way we think. Isn’t it fascinating?
